This tutorial was written by me, March 30, 2014.  Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.  Please do not claim it as your own.

Ok let's begin.
Open a new canvas 650x650
Copy and paste Frame4 and resize as needed.  Click inside with the magic wand and Modify, Expand by 5.  Copy and paste Paper8  resize as needed and then invert and hit delete on keyboard.  Make sure the paper is under your frame.  While still selected, copy and paste your close up tube, resize as needed and place where you want her.      Dropshadow your frame and tube.  I duplicated my tube and moved the duplicate above the frame and erased the parts on the bottom of the frame so that she looks like she is coming out of the frame.  On the very bottom layer of your palette, copy and paste
Paper5 and apply your mask.

Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.  Dropshadow your elements.   Here are the elements I used:

Bottle
Bottle2
BrassKnuckles
Bug
ButcherKnife
Choker
CreepyCan
Cup
Flames
Glass
Gun
Handprint
Knife
Pills
Poison
Skull
Smoke
Syringe
Vials

Add your copyrights and your name.
I used Bibliotheque for the name.
Merge all visible and save as PNG.
And your done.  Hope you enjoyed using my tutorial.

xoxo
Angie
