This tutorial was written by me, April 3, 2014.  Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.  Please do not claim it as your own.

Ok let's begin.
Open a new canvas 650x650
Copy and paste Frame_4, and resize as needed.  Click inside with the magic wand and Modify, Expand by 10.  Copy and paste Paper-3resize as needed and then invert and hit delete on keyboard.  Make sure the paper is under your frame.  While still selected, copy and paste tubes of choice to make a little scene.  You can use mine as a reference.  Dropshadow your frame and tubes.  Make sure your tubes and paper are under the frame.  Copy and paste on the bottom layer and resize as needed Paper-10 and apply your mask of choice.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice and resize as needed and place where desired.  Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.  Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

birdie
bow
butterfly
buttons
candle
flower-1
flower-2
flower-5
flower-8
flower-9
frog
path
shrubbery
watercan
yellow_birdies
