Ok let's begin. 
Open a new canvas 650x650
Copy and paste Paper10 and apply your mask.  Merge group.  Copy and paste Frame7 resize as needed and activate your magic wand and click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Copy and paste Sceen2 Paper resize as needed, invert and delete.  Make sure you drag the paper below the frame.  Now Copy and Paste your close up tube and place her where desired.  Resize if needed.  Invert and delete.  Make sure the tube is below the frame and above the paper.  Drop shadow your tube and frame.
Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.
 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

jewelry1
Warhorseandwarrior
grass1
grass2
eagle2
wolf1



Resize them as needed and place where desired.
 Merge visible and add your copyrights and your name.
I used Ambages for the name.
Merge all visible and save as PNG.

Open a new canvas 650x650
Copy and paste Paper 8 and apply your mask.  Merge group.  Copy and paste Frame 4.  Resize as needed.  Click inside with magic wand.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 10.  Copy and paste Paper 5, make sure the paper is under the frame.  Invert, and delete on the keyboard.  While still selected, Copy and paste your close up tube and resize as needed.  Invert and delete on keyboard.  Duplicate tube and on the duplicate apply Gausian Blur at 5.00.  Change the blend mode to Soft Light.  On the original tube layer drop shadow and change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy.
Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.
 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Bow
Fireworks1
Fireworks2
Fower1
Flower3
HangingLetters
HangingStars
Penant
StarHeart



 Merge visible and add your copyrights and your name.
I used Patriot for the name.
Merge all visible and save as PNG.

Ok let's begin. 
Open a new canvas 650x650
 Copy and paste on the bottom layer and resize as needed
Paper8
and apply your mask of choice.  Over your mask Copy and paste Easter Cluster and erase the credit or watermark, and resize as needed.  With the freehand selection tool, draw around the middle where the chain link is, draw a square for your tube to go into.  Modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste your tube of choice and resize and place where you want her.  Invert and delete on your keyboard.  Make sure your tube is under the frame but above the mask layer. Deselect.  Dropshadow the tube and frame.
Merge your tube together and duplicate once.  On the top duplicate Gaussian Blur 3 and then change the blend mode to Hard Light.  On the bottom duplicate change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy.

  Copy and Paste you main tube and resize as needed and place her where desired.  Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.  Dropshadow your elements and your main tube. Now copy and paste the word art and place where desired.  Dropshadow.  Here are the elements I used:

I also pasted the close up of my tube over the mask layer and lowered the opacity to 50 and dropshadowed the tube.  It gives it a ghostly look.

  Copy and Paste you main tube and resize as needed and place her where desired.  Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.  Dropshadow your elements and your main tube. Now copy and paste the word art and place where desired.  Dropshadow.  Here are the elements I used:

 Copy and paste Frame4 and resize as needed.  Click inside with the magic wand and Modify, Expand by 5.  Copy and paste Paper8  resize as needed and then invert and hit delete on keyboard.  Make sure the paper is under your frame.  While still selected, copy and paste your close up tube, resize as needed and place where you want her.      Dropshadow your frame and tube.  I duplicated my tube and moved the duplicate above the frame and erased the parts on the bottom of the frame so that she looks like she is coming out of the frame.  On the very bottom layer of your palette, copy and paste 
Paper5 and apply your mask. 

 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.  Dropshadow your elements.   Here are the elements I used:

 Copy and paste BHME 52 Frame, and resize as needed.  Click inside with the magic wand and Modify, Expand by 10.  Copy and paste Paper 14resize as needed and then invert and hit delete on keyboard.  Make sure the paper is under your frame.  While still selected, copy and paste your close up tube of choice, resize as needed and place where you want her. Duplicate close up tube and on the top tube layer Adjust Gaussian Blur 10.  Then change the blend mode to Hard Light. Then on the bottom tube layer change the blend mode to Multiply.  Dropshadow your frame and tube.  Make sure your tube and paper are under the frame.  Copy and paste on the bottom layer and resize as needed Paper 2 and apply your mask of choice.

 and apply your mask and then merge group.
 Copy and paste your main tube of choice and resize as needed and place where desired.  Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.  Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Copy and Paste a close up tube and leave it large just above the mask.  Dropshadow and lower the opacity to about 50.  That will give it a ghostly look.  Now place what ever elements you would like.  Here are the elements I used:
