Ok let's begin. 

Open a new canvas 650x650

Copy and paste Plaid Paper and apply your mask.  I used a circle type mask for mine.  Merge group.  I resized my mask a little bigger.

I made the frame with using the flower 01 element.  Copy and paste, resize and then go to Mura Meisters Copies.  Encircle with Y and X at 70.  Then I used the element button 2 and did the same thing as the flower element.  Now you should have a frame.  Click inside the frame with the magic wand then Selections, Modify, Expand by 10.  You can copy and paste a paper inside or just use the plaid paper from the mask.  Then Selections, Invert and then hit delete on your keyboard.  While still selected, Copy and paste your closeup tube and place where desired inside the frame, resize if needed.  Selections, invert and delete.  Sharpen your frame and add dropshadow to your frame and tube.  You can duplicate your close up tube before the invert and delete, bring it to the top.  Erase any parts you want on the bottom and leave the rest like she is coming out of the frame.

 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.     Here are the elements I used:

I used Feel Script for the name.

Merge all visible and save as PNG.

Now I pasted a close up tube above the mask layer behind the snowglobe.  Resize as needed and move over to the left.  Duplicate and mirror.  Merge down and dropshadow and erase any parts sticking out of the globe.

 Merge visible and add your copyrights and your name.

I used Jellyka Love and I for the name.

Merge all visible and save as PNG.
