Copy and paste Paper 6 and apply your mask.  Merge group.  Copy and paste Frame 3 and resize as desired.  Click in side with the magic wand and then selection, modify, expand by 5.  Copy and pasted Paper 3, move under the frame, selections, invert, and delete on your keyboard.  Copy and paste your close up tube above the paper.  Invert and delete.  Duplicate tube and apply Gaussian Blur at 3.0 on the copy.  Then change the blend to Screen.  Drop shadow the frame and tube.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

Copy and paste Paper 6 and apply your mask.  Merge group.  Copy and paste Cluster3_FD and click in side each frame.  Expand by 5.  Copy and paste Paper 9 and make sure the paper is under the cluster.  Invert and delete.  While still selected, copy and paste your tubes and place where desired and resize if needed.  Invert and delete.  Add shadow to the tubes and whatever effects you would like.  I duplicated the tubes and on the top ones I did a Gaussian Blur of 5.  And on the bottom tubes I  added Soft Light.  Copy and paste WordArt3_FD above the cluster and resize as needed.  I added a gradient glow to mine, white.  Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube. Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Ok let's begin. 

Open a new canvas 650x650

Copy and paste Paper 1 and apply your mask.  Merge group. 

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Now if you are not going to animate then,

 Merge visible and add your copyrights and your name.

I used Trick Tag for the name.

Merge all visible and save as PNG.

If you want to animate then;

Hide the wordart, tube, mask, copyrights and rose.  Copy merged.  Open Animation shop and paste your image and Paste after current until you have 25 frames, then right click on the first frame and select all.  Open the grass animation in animation shop, select all frames and then copy.  Now you want to paste into selected frame.  Do the same with the eyes animation and paste it over the moon like mine.   Now back in PSP.  Hide all the lower layers and open up the wordart, tube, mask, copyrights and rose.  Copy merged.  Then paste as new animation in Animation shop.  Paste after current until you have 25 frames.  Edit, select all, copy.  Then paste into selected frame.  Now you can go back and add your name.  Save a a gif file.
