Copy and paste Paper 4 and apply your mask.  Merge group. 

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Open a new canvas 650x650

Copy and paste Paper 5 and apply your mask.  Merge group.  Copy and paste Frame 5.  Resize as needed.  Click inside with magic wand.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 10.  Copy and paste Paper 11, make sure the paper is under the frame.  Invert, and delete on the keyboard.  While still selected, Copy and paste your close up tube and resize as needed.  Invert and delete on keyboard.  Duplicate tube and on the duplicate apply Gausian Blur at 5.00.  Change the blend mode to Soft Light.  On the original tube layer drop shadow and change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

FILTERS USED: Gradient Glow, Drop Shadow, Gaussian Blur, Hard Light, and Luminance Legacy

This tutorial was written by me, Feb. 16, 2014.  Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.  Please do not claim it as your own.

Ok let's begin. 

Open a new canvas 650x650

 Copy and paste Frame 3, and resize as needed.  Click inside with the magic wand and Modify, Expand by 5.  Copy and paste Paper 4, resize as needed and then invert and hit delete on keyboard.  Make sure the paper is under your frame.  While still selected, copy and paste your close up tube of choice, resize as needed and place where you want her.  Duplicate  tube once.  On the top layer of the tube apply Gaussian Blur 10.  Change blend mode to Hard Light. On the bottom tube layer change blend mode to Luminace Legacy.    Dropshadow your frame and tube.  Make sure your tubes and paper are under the frame.

Copy and paste your main tube of a male and resize as needed and place where desired.  Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.  Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:
