Copy and paste Paper 6 and apply your mask.  Merge group.  Copy and paste Cluster3_FD and click in side each frame.  Expand by 5.  Copy and paste Paper 9 and make sure the paper is under the cluster.  Invert and delete.  While still selected, copy and paste your tubes and place where desired and resize if needed.  Invert and delete.  Add shadow to the tubes and whatever effects you would like.  I duplicated the tubes and on the top ones I did a Gaussian Blur of 5.  And on the bottom tubes I  added Soft Light.  Copy and paste WordArt3_FD above the cluster and resize as needed.  I added a gradient glow to mine, white.  Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

Mask of choice:  I used Kylie_Mask44.  I don't have the link to get this mask.  I think the site closed down.  You can use whatever mask you like.

Ok let's begin. 

Open the template  and shift D to open a duplicate template and close out the original.  Change the canvas size to 800x800 so you have room to work.  You can crop and resize later.  

Copy and paste PP2 paper above the background layer and apply your mask.  Merge group.  Delete the info layer and the stars layers.  Copy and paste different papers to different layers of the template.  I used all the papers for the template layers.  The red stripes layer I filled with red color and added noise.  I did the same with the word layers and added blue and white colors and added the noise to all the word layers.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

Mask of choice

FILTERS USED:  Gradient Glow, Gausian Blur, Soft Light, Luminance Legacy and Drop Shadow.

This tutorial was written by me on 6/28/2014, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSP9.

As always, tutorials are only a guideline. If you don't have the exact supplies, use ones you have or ones you choose.

Ok let's begin. 

Open a new canvas 650x650

Copy and paste Paper 6 and apply your mask.  Merge group.  Copy and paste Frame 2.  Resize as needed.  Click inside with magic wand.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 10.  Copy and paste Paper 2, make sure the paper is under the frame.  Invert, and delete on the keyboard.  While still selected, Copy and paste your close up tube and resize as needed.  Invert and delete on keyboard.  Duplicate tube and on the duplicate apply Gausian Blur at 5.00.  Change the blend mode to Soft Light.  On the original tube layer drop shadow and change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

 Merge visible and add your copyrights and your name.

I used LMS America LSF for the name.

Merge all visible and save as PNG.
