Open a new canvas 650x650

Copy and paste Paper 3 and apply your mask.  Merge group. 

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Copy and paste Element 12 then Copy and paste Element 10 over top the first frame.  Click inside the bottom frame and then Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.  Copy and paste Paper 3 and resize as needed.  Then Selections, Invert and then hit delete on your keyboard.  While still selected, Copy and paste your closeup tube and place where desired inside the frame, resize if needed.  Selections, invert and delete.  Sharpen your frames and add dropshadow to your frames and tube.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Open a new canvas 650x650

 Copy and paste Frame2, and resize as needed.  Click inside with the magic wand and Modify, Expand by 10.  Copy and paste Paper2, resize as needed and then invert and hit delete on keyboard.  Make sure the paper is under your frame.  While still selected, copy and paste your close up tube of choice, resize as needed and place where you want her. Duplicate close up tube and on the top tube layer Adjust Gaussian Blur 10.  Then change the blend mode to Hard Light.  Dropshadow your frame and tube.  Make sure your tube and paper are under the frame.  Copy and paste on the bottom layer and resize as needed Paper4 and apply your mask of choice.
