Ok let's begin. 

Open your template and press shift "D" to duplicate and close out the original.  Delete the credit layer.  I used different papers for each layer of the template and the tube closeup for the top layers of the template.  I used gradient glow and dropshadow for each layer.

Copy and paste Paper 2 and apply your mask.  Merge group. 

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Copy and paste Frame 4 resize as needed and then click inside the frame and then Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.  Copy and paste Paper 3  and resize as needed.  Then Selections, Invert and then hit delete on your keyboard.  While still selected, Copy and paste your closeup tube and place where desired inside the frame, resize if needed.  Selections, invert and delete.  Sharpen your frame and add dropshadow to your frame and tube.

 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

Now I pasted a close up tube above the mask layer behind the snowglobe.  Resize as needed and move over to the left.  Duplicate and mirror.  Merge down and dropshadow and erase any parts sticking out of the globe.

Ok let's begin. 

Open the Template and Shift D.  Close out the original template.  Delete the credits.  I start from the bottom and work my way up.

Copy and paste pp1 and apply your mask.  Merge group. 

For each template layer, Select, Select All, Float and Defloat.  Choose a paper for each layer that you would like.  Copy and paste paper then Select, Invert, and Delete.  I add a gradient glow to each template paper layers and drop shadow.  I used all Papers for the various layers of the template

Copy and paste your Close up tube and place where desired and resize as needed.  Add drop shadow. Duplicate your tube and apply Gausian Blur  at 5.  Then change blend mode to Hard Light.  Now add your close up tube again to the other square box and duplicate after you added your drop shadow and resized it.  On duplicate layer apply Gausian Blur at 5.  Then change the blend mode to Hard Light.    I also added a gradient glow to the word art.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice,  and resize as needed and place where desired.  Add dropshadow to the tube.

 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.

This tutorial was written by me on 1/11/2015, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSP9.

As always, tutorials are only a guideline. If you don't have the exact supplies, use ones you have or ones you choose.

Ok let's begin. 

Open a new canvas 650x650

Copy and paste Paper 28 and apply your mask.  Merge group.

Copy and paste Frame element 102 resize as needed and then click inside the frame and then Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.  Copy and paste Paper 28  and resize as needed.  Then Selections, Invert and then hit delete on your keyboard.  While still selected, Copy and paste your closeup tube and place where desired inside the frame, resize if needed.  Selections, invert and delete.  Sharpen your frame and add dropshadow to your frame and tube.

 Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.   Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:

 Merge visible and add your copyrights and your name.

I used I Love You Forever for the name.

Merge all visible and save as PNG.

Open a new canvas 650x650

 Copy and paste Frame, and resize as needed.  Click inside with the magic wand and Modify, Expand by 5.  Copy and paste p8 Paper, resize as needed and then invert and hit delete on keyboard.  Make sure the paper is under your frame.  While still selected, copy and paste your close up tube of choice, resize as needed and place where you want her. Dropshadow your frame and tube.  Make sure your tube and paper are under the frame.

Copy and paste your main tube of choice and resize as needed and place where desired.  Now you can place whatever elements you would like, resize as needed and place where desired.  Dropshadow your elements and main tube.  Here are the elements I used:
